The Goal of This Ministry

We provide a monthly gathering designed to give women a meaningful space to connect with one another and, most importantly, to grow in their relationship with God. Together, we dig deep into the character and nature of God, allowing Scripture to inform us of who He is, who we are, and how we can faithfully walk out our calling as the salt and light of the world. In all of this, we seek to grow in obedience as followers of Jesus Christ, shaping our lives according to His Word.

As a ministry, we come together in a spirit of love, encouragement, and gentle challenge, spurring one another on as sisters in Christ. As a text-driven church, our desire is to grow into text-driven women, showing ourselves approved before the Lord as we learn to handle His Word with faithfulness and joy.

What to Expect

We gather once a month for delicious food, genuine fellowship, prayer, worship, and time in the Bible. Our focus is centered around God’s Word as we create a warm, welcoming environment for spiritual growth, both horizontally in our relationships with one another and vertically in our relationship with God.

We laugh together, cry together, pray together, and learn together. Hebrews 10:24–25 calls the Church to meet regularly, encouraging one another and stirring one another up to love and good works. This ministry offers a consistent opportunity, outside of Sunday mornings, to live out that calling with intention and joy.

Men’s Ministry: THE GRIND

Mission Statement
Our mission is to disciple men into leaders; in the church, in our homes, and in our community with a firm foundation on the Word of God, which is ‘the’ standard of truth, while remembering we live by Grace alone. Inspiring men to have a personal relationship with Christ alone, to the glory of God alone. As born again believers, we have been empowered by the Holy Spirit to be faithful and obedient imitators of Christ. Our desire is to develop men with a love for God and one another, who put faith into action by being doers of the word and not hearers only….Shema!

Vision Statement
Our vision for this ministry is to create an atmosphere of discipleship, where like-minded men can build relationships, encourage and sharpen one another, serve one another, and bear each other’s burdens. Generating a culture of men with a desire to learn and grow into a deeper understanding of God’s word, while developing into spiritually mature men with strong character and integrity. Ultimately, we must be unified in Christ, on mission, and ready to share the gospel with believers and unbelievers alike.

Cross and Anchor Church invites students in 7th-12th grade to our youth ministry.

It’s a place where they can deepen their faith and build lasting relationships. We aim to provide a supportive environment that encourages spiritual growth and community involvement. Our goal is to help students understand their vital role within our church.

Homeless Ministry: Street Reach

Street Reach teams conduct regular outreach to homeless encampments, shelters, and other areas where individuals at risk congregate. These teams establish a consistent presence, build relationships, and offer support.

We are collecting donations for our winter

  • Sleeping bags (-30 degrees)
  • Warm socks, gloves, hats
  • Hand and foot warmers
  • Blankets
  • Towels
  • Shower wipes
  • Hygiene products (including sanitary pads & tampons)
  • Bottled water
