Making Tamales

It’s a tamale making party! Bring your tamale filler and I will provide the Masa and corn husks so we can make tamales Mexican style!! If you need a recipe for chicken with salsa verde (green) or pork with salsa roja (red) tamales let me know and I will send it to you. Everything will be prepped so when we get together, it will be a fun time of assembling our tamales. I will give you instructions on how to cook them at home. You will be able to take them home and freeze them and cook them when you’d like. I will need a head count so please let me know if you’re planning on coming. We will begin at noon! 12-4
